The item I require is not in stock – can you get it for me?

Unlike some yarn shopping sites, we show our current stock holdings. If you need a colour or quality that is not in stock, we can sometimes order it for you.

How long will order take to arrive?

We use the services of La Poste in France. Within France orders should arrive with 2 – 3 working days. European orders take  5 – 7 working days; the rest of the world 7 – 10 working days by airmail.

How secure is ordering on line?

The site is protected by SSL  – when you get the part of the checkout that requires your credit card details a special connection to our SECURE server is made via what is called SSL. In plain English it means your credit card details are ENCRYPTED and are NEVER held in plain text at any point in the transaction. It is the world leading method of protecting your privacy

I would prefer to pay by cheque – can I do this?

.We can accept cheques in EUROS only. At the checkout, just ask for an invoice and we can email or post this to you. Once we receive your payment your order will be despatched. Or you can pay by bank transfer – please email for details.

I need an item urgently – can you send more quickly?

We are happy to add in Special Delivery service for UK customers or by Airsure for the rest to the Word (if you will pay the difference in price). Please note your requirements in the additional information box at the checkout.

Can I return items?

 If the goods are faulty or damaged you can return them and we will refund the original cost and your return postage. Patterns and books are non-returnable due to potential copyright breaches. We will exchange or give you a credit for other items, if you return them to us in an unused and undamaged condition.

What methods of on-line payment do you accept?

Paypal is a way to send money that is simple, safe and free to the buyer. If you do not already have an account you will be asked to set one up, but this is a simple process which you only need todo once.
